RELEASE OF YOUR TEST RESULTS

Your test results will be reported to you, the CTC, and the institution(s) that you indicated when you registered. Your test results will be available on the score report date published in "Test Dates."

Your score report is for your information and personal records. Keep a copy for your permanent records. Although your test results are reported directly to the CTC, you should submit a photocopy of your score report along with your credential application. Your test results are used by the CTC solely for credentialing purposes.

Under some circumstances, test results may be delayed. For example:

In addition, your test results will be delayed if there are problems with your payment, and your test results may be permanently voided if you have any outstanding balance owed by you to Evaluation Systems after a test administration for which you were registered. Examinee Score Reports

Your score report is available to you on the Internet, at 10:00 p.m. Pacific time on the score report date published in "Test Dates," as a PDF document, which you may view, print, and save for your records. To access your score report on the Internet, select "Score Reporting" on the CSET website and follow the instructions provided. Your score report will be available for 45 days after the score report date.

For each test you took, your score report provides information about your passing status and other performance information. See "CSET Passing Requirements" for detailed information on the passing requirements for examinations of the CSET.

Your score report is accompanied by an explanation of how to read your score report. A score report explanation is also available by selecting "Score Reporting" on the CSET website.

If you register online, you have the opportunity during the registration process to request that your score report be sent to you by email. Score report emails are sent beginning at 5:00 p.m. Pacific time on the score report date. If you request this service, your score report will be sent to the email address that you provide during the registration process. If you wish to have your score report sent to a different address, you may log in to your account on the CSET website and update your contact information.

If you register by telephone, your score report will also be sent to you by U.S. mail on the score report date. Your score report will be sent to the address that you provide during the registration process. If you have not received your score report two weeks after the score report date, call (800) 205-3334 or (916) 928-4003. Under no circumstances will your score report information be released in person or by telephone or fax.
