terms and conditions that apply to your registration
and the test administration.

Alternative
Testing Arrangements. Registering on the
Internet will complete your registration without accommodation.
If you wish to request alternative testing arrangements
for this administration, you must submit a completed
Alternative Testing Arrangements Request Form and
any required documentation by U.S. mail or fax. Please see
"Registering
for Alternative Testing Arrangements" in
the current registration bulletin for important information
about requesting alternative testing arrangements,
including related deadlines.
